The success of refer2us is based on a simple formula: when a referred purchaser buys a Capstone home, the referral source receives a $1500 reward after closing. If the referral source is also a Capstone homeowner, the reward jumps to $2000. There is no limit to the number of referrals - or dollars - a referral source can make. What's more, anyone can participate.* Launched in the summer of 2000, refer2us has already handed out nearly $40,000 to dozens of referral sources throughout Puget Sound.
